Mastropietro Law Group, PLLC is a boutique construction law firm, which represents clients in all aspects of construction. The firm's clients include contractors (both general contractors and subcontractors), suppliers, owners, architects, engineers and consultants.

As a result of our exclusive focus on construction law, our lawyers have the ability to provide our clients with advice on a broad range of issues in the construction process, including contract negotiation and administration, project disputes, mechanic's liens, bond and surety claims, as well as claims both by and against governmental agencies and private entities.

The firm has litigated construction claims large and small and from complex matters such as intricate delay and design claims to basic claims of non-payment for work performed.

The firm's offices in both upstate and downstate New York allow us to serve clients throughout the entire State of New York.

Specifically, the firm's upstate office allows us to serve clients throughout the greater Capital Region and beyond, including, among others, the counties of Albany, Saratoga, Schenectady, Columbia, Washington, Rensselaer, Greene, Fulton, Schoharie, Montgomery, Warren, Dutchess, Delaware, Ulster and Westchester. The firm's downstate office allows us to serve clients throughout all five of the boroughs of the City of New, including the counties of New York, Queens, Bronx, Kings and Richmond as well as all of Long Island, including both Nassau and Suffolk counties.
